Standard Cleaning (Small Docks)

For smaller docks with light to moderate buildup.
Includes dock surface cleaning, walkboards, ladders/rails, mildew & spider-web removal, and a hardware safety check.

Mid-Size Dock Cleaning
$350–$650
Ideal for medium-sized docks, multi-year buildup, heavier mildew, or docks that need extra time and detail cleaning.

Large / Multi-Section Docks
$650–$900
For oversized platforms, multi-slip docks, boathouse-style platforms, or docks with multiple walkways.

(Pricing for basic wash down and pressure washing)

Minor Repairs & Board Replacement

Board Replacement (You provide lumber)
$25–$40 per board
Removal, installation, new fasteners, and disposal of old boards.

Board Replacement (We provide lumber)
$50–$85 per board
Material cost varies by size and availability.

Minor Repairs
$75 per hour
Loose boards, cleats, small rail fixes, hardware tightening, ladder install/replace and light maintenance.
(No structural dock work.)

Available when neighbors book together during the same scheduled cove week.
